Forgiveness is a pathway of healing, an empowering way to set yourself free from the harmful effects of blaming and shaming, of resentment and regrets.
Without forgiveness, we’ll tend to justify our judgments and perpetuate the warring and harm. We’ll imprison ourselves and one another inside the woundings of our personal and collective past.
In an ancient Egyptian healing tradition, forgiving is defined as “returning to the state of being before the giving of an injury.” With forgiveness, we take back our power, reclaim the wholeness of the self, and hold a centered and clear inner space in all our relationships.
I’d love to share with you what I’ve learned about forgiveness from the Keepers of Stories who naturally live all around.
