Becoming Elder: What would you need to change internally to joyfully step into Elderhood?
Using the meditational qualities of the gongs to open our vision coupled with the ancient divination ceremony of Throwing of The Bones we will explore the answers to what internal changes need to occur before we can own our Elderhood. Together we will explore what Elderhood means….the responsibilities that come with the joys.
